Ordering Process
If you would like to order anything from our website the please contact us via email. We accept payment by major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), Direct Deposit, Cheque (order sent when cheque has cleared) and Money Order. All prices displayed on the website are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Postage and Handling
Currently we only accept orders within Australia and you should allow at least 2 to 5 business days for delivery through Australia Post. We do not accept any responsibility for damage or loss through Australia Post. Depending on stock availability and on manufacturing times there may be a waiting period of 10 days. You will be notified if there are any delays as a matter of urgency.
Returns
Exchange/Returns
Where any of our products are not satisfactory, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange for exchange or for a credit note to be issued. We stand by our brand and would like to assure all customers that your feedback is dealt with appropriately.
Please keep in mind that we require purchase details for verification and we will not exchange or provide a credit note in the case of wilful damage, nor where colour choice for linen or accessories is concerned. Please note that credit notes are valid for a period of three months from the date of issue.
Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct as milk linen design accepts no responsibility once your order has been posted.
