Ordering Process
When you place an order with milk linen design your payment details are sent to us using a secure payment gateway. Transactions on the site are protected.
Once you have placed your order with milk linen design you will receive the first email from us confirming all of the details. After we have processed your credit card we will post your order. At this point you will receive a second email from us confirming payment, this is your tax invoice.

Payment Options
We accept payment by major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), Direct Deposit and Money Order. All prices displayed on the website are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Postage and Handling
Currently we only accept orders within Australia and you should allow at least 2 to 5 business days for delivery through Australia Post. We do not accept any responsibility for damage or loss through Australia Post. Depending on stock availability and on manufacturing times there may be a waiting period of 10 days.  You will be notified if there are any delays as a matter of urgency.

Returns

Exchange/Returns
Where any of our products are not satisfactory, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange for exchange or for a credit note to be issued. We stand by our brand and would like to assure all customers that your feedback is dealt with appropriately.
Please keep in mind that we require purchase details for verification and we will not exchange or provide a credit note in the case of wilful damage, nor where colour choice for linen or accessories is concerned. Please note that credit notes are valid for a period of three months from the date of issue. Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct as milk linen design accepts no responsibility once your order has been posted.

Please note the colour on your screen is affected by the settings on your monitor and the type of web browser you are using.
